It is the policy of CORE Pipelines to maintain the highest standards of safety, quality workmanship and reliability, and to provide a workplace that is safe for all employees, clients and the general public.

In order to achieve these desired standards, CORE Pipelines prohibits the possession and use of "prohibited substances" on its premises and job sites, or while performing company business, or while operating company equipment and company vehicles. CORE Pipelines expressly forbids its employees from working under the influence of all drugs and alcohol.

The use, sale, purchase, transfer, possession of, or being under the influence of any "prohibited substance" by an employee while on CORE Pipeline premises and/or job sites, or while performing company business, or while operating company equipment or motor vehicles, is strictly prohibited. Any employee who is determined to have used, sold, purchased, transferred, possessed, or to be under the influence, will not be allowed to work and will subject to disciplinary action up to and including immediate job termination.
