Fran Ross joined CORE Pipelines as Field Office Manager in 2003 with more than 15 years experience in managing field operations in the pipeline industry. As of 2005, Fran assumed the position of Operations Manager, using her comprehensive experience to ensure all projects are conducted in an efficient and effective manner.
